Parents, We have enjoyed having so many of you visit us for the first Lunch Guest Week of the 2024-2025 school year! As we finish out our week with lunch visitors, please keep in mind the following guidelines from our weekly newsletter: -All lunch visitors must be on your child's white card. -We ask for one lunch visitor per child per visit due to space limitations. Please note that this includes siblings. Due to our limited space, we cannot accomodate any siblings attending with parents. -Please plan on visiting for lunch just one day of the designated week. -Ensure you closely look at the schedule for designated weeks. We will only be able to accommodate lunch guests on the scheduled weeks. -All lunch visitors will be required to sign in outside of the cafeteria and wear a visitor's badge while on campus -All visitors will eat with their child at a designated area in the lunchroom. Due to space and safety, only your child will be permitted to eat lunch with you. Your child's friends will not be permitted to join lunch with you. -No outside food will be permitted during your visit. Thank you for your support as we make this special opportunity safe, smooth, and enjoyable for all involved.

Parents, Thank you all for your patience today as we rolled out our initial carline implementing PikMyKid. With your support, we are confident that the PikMyKid dismissal system will result in a more streamlined and efficient process overall. Please see the following reminders: -Please download the PikMyKid parent app and connect your student using the unique QR code that was sent home last week. These QR codes must be scanned using the app to function correctly. -Please display your PikMyKid car tag in your dashboard. This tag includes the three digit student code that PikMyKid uses to que cars for loading. -If you need additional copies of your student's car tag or connection codes, please contact your teacher. -Dismissal changes made via the PikMyKid parent app must be made prior to 2:00 PM. In an effort to avoid transportation errors, all changes after 2:00 PM must be communicated to the front office. Our teachers are often unable to promptly respond to messages during the instructional day. -After your child has loaded, please wait to be dismissed by the staff member at the front of our car line. Student safety is our top priority and we would like to minimize the movement of vehicles while students are loading.
